酵母菌吸附铅前后红外光谱比较

摘　　要：本文对酵母菌吸附铅前后的红外光谱图作了比较。吸附后酵母菌的主要成分和结构保持完整 ,3389cm-1峰位红移 33cm-1。The native yeast and the lead adsorbed yeast were examined by infrared spectroscopy.After the sorption,the major components and the structure of the biomaterial remained intact.The peak at 3389cm -1 shifted to 3356cm -1 .
