摘  要:以风扇后盖为例,论述了CAE分析与CAD设计相结合完成注射模设计的过程。将模具设计方案导入CAE软件,设置工艺参数进行模拟计算,分析计算结果进而可优化模具设计方案和注射工艺参数,这对实际生产有一定的参考作用。In this paper, the process was discussed with CAE analysis and CAD design together to complete plastic mold design, with fan cover as example. The plastic mold program was imported into CAE software after it was designed. And then the calculation results were obtained after setting the process parameters and calculating which will optimize the mold design and process parameters. The program obtained by CAD/CAE system is more reasonable and it has certain reference fimction for real production.
