摘　　要：贵州特色廉政文化建设要与贵州实际相结合。要着重考虑二个背景:"工业化、城镇化"发展战略背景,《国务院关于进一步促进贵州经济社会又好又快发展的若干意见》政策背景。做好两个服务:廉政文化建设要为贵州经济社会发展服务,要为贵州经济"加速发展"服务。做到三个结合:廉政文化建设要注重与民族文化相结合,要注重与红色文化相结合,要注重与"贵州时代精神"相结合,建廉洁贵州。Distinctive incorrupt government culture construction in Guizhou must be combined with Guizhou＇ s reality, laying emphasis on two backgrounds of ＂industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization＂ development strategy and ＂Opinions on Promoting Good and Quick Economic Development in Guizhou by State Department＂ policy, providing two services well -incorrupt government culture construction serving both the economic and social development and ＂ speeding up＂ economy in Guizhou, having three combinations of incorrupt government culture construction with nationality culture, red couture, and ＂Guizhou times spirit＂, to construct incorrupt Guizhou.
