摘 要:为分析高速经编机槽针六连杆机构的动力学特性,减少运动冲击,提高经编机高速运动的平稳性,采用多变量柔性机构运动弹性动力学分析(KED)方法,对槽针六连杆机构进行弹性动力学分析。基于UG建模技术,对槽针六连杆机构进行了建模分析,系统研究了槽针在高速运动时的柔性变化;并运用UG模拟了槽针在不同运动条件下位移、速度、加速度的变化状况,实现对槽针六连杆机构的计算机运动仿真;该方法验证了成圈机件KED分析方法的正确性,为槽针六连杆机构的结构设计与优化提供了理论依据。The purposes of this study were to analyze the mechanical properties of the slot needle′s six-bar linkage of high-speed warp knitting machine,reduce the impact of movement,and improve the stability during high-speed operation.The kineto-elastodynamic analysis(KED) method of multivariate flexible mechanism was applied to analyze the elastodynamics of the slot needle′s six-bar linkage.Model-building analysis of the slot needle′s six-bar linkage was carried out based on the technique of UG,and the flexible variation of the slot needle during high speed operation was systematically studied.The UG was applied to simulate the change of slot needle′s displacement,velocity,and acceleration under different operational conditions by using a computer;and the correctness of the KED analysis method of knitting elements was verified.This study provides a theoretical basis for structural design and optimization of the slot needle′s six-bar linkage.
