摘　　要：嵌入式学科馆员是学科馆员工作的一个发展阶段,它是学科服务从被动走向主动的重要标志。本文以案例分析为主,通过南开大学周恩来政府管理学院嵌入式学科馆员的实践探索,认为嵌入式学科馆员的工作模式是多样化的,践行嵌入式学科馆员的关键在于建立通畅的交流渠道、选择适宜的嵌入群体以及实现身份认同的积极转变。Embedded subject librarian is a developing stage of subject librarian, it is the important symbol changing from passiveness to activeness. This paper mainly focuses on the case. Through the practice activities of Zhou Enlai School of Government at Nankai University, this paper points out that the working patterns of embedded subject librarian are diverse, and the establishment of clear channels of communication, the appropriate choice of embedding groups and the positive change of identity are the keys of practicing embedded subject librarian.
