摘　　要：采用反眼动实验范式,通过BDI和SDS量表选取11名抑郁情绪大学生和12名正常大学生被试,旨在探讨抑郁情绪大学生对情绪刺激的眼动抑制能力。发现抑郁情绪组的眼跳反应时比正常组更慢,错误率更高;反朝向眼跳任务中,抑郁情绪组在高兴、悲伤图片上的错误率高于中性图片,且在悲伤图片上的错误率最高。表明抑郁情绪个体的认知加工速度慢于正常个体,且对高兴、悲伤刺激存在眼动抑制困难,对悲伤刺激抑制能力最差。Depression is one of the harmful and negative emotions to individuals. The aim of the present study was to investigate the capacity of depressed undergraduates to inhibit prepotent response to emotional faces. The undergraduates were described as experiencing depression but had not been diagnosed with depressive disorder. Eleven subjects with depressed mood and 12 non-depressed subjects were chosen from 377 undergraduates according to the results from the Beck Depression Inventory （BDI） and the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）. The materials in this experiment were facial expressions with happy, neutral and sad emotions ; each emotion included 20 pictures from the picture system of Chinese tacial expression. Non-facial features were removed and faces were resized to 5cm x 7. 5cm and presented in grayscale against a black background. All of these stimuli were programmed by the E-prime 1. 0 version software and were displayed on a 19＂CRT screen. Antisaccade tasks were composed of the prosaccade task and the antisaccade task. Each trial began with a fixation cross in the center of the screen. After 1600 ms, a face stimulus was randomly shown on the left or right side of the cross for 1000 ms. The participants were first required to fixate at the cross when the face appeared, they had to look toward the targets in the prosaccade condition trials, but look toward the mirror position of the targets in the antisaccade condition trials. The whole experiment included two prosaccade condition blocks and two antisaccade condition blocks, and 60 trials in each block. Saccades data of all participants were obtained by an iView X Hi-speed tracker made by SMI Company. The response times （RTs） and error rate were analyzed by Begaze 2. 4 and SPSS 16. 0.
