摘  要:采用问卷法对638名大学生的依恋、个人自主及人际适应状况进行测查,运用结构方程建模技术对数据进行分析,结果发现:(1)依恋与个人自主均能显著预测大学生人际关系适应;(2)依恋焦虑通过个人自主间接预测大学生人际适应,个人自主在依恋焦虑与人际适应间起完全中介作用;(3)依恋回避直接预测人际适应。该结果对进一步制定提高与改善大学生人际适应的干预措施具有重要的指导意义。The interpersonal problem as a common phenomenon that college students may encounter is very important for their mental health. Research of attachment has indicated that attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety influence individual's interpersonal adaptation in different ways ( Rholes, Simpson, Tran, Martin, & Friedman, 2007 ; Edelstein & Gillath, 2008 ). Thus, it is important to find out the mechanism of the influences of attachment on individual's interpersonal adaptation. The self-determination theory demonstrates that autonomy need is a basic need for individual's development. A growing body of research has documented the contribuching role of the satisfaction of autonomy need in interpersonal adaptation ( Soenens, et al. , 2007). Notably, keeping a secure relationship with important others is good for the development of autonomy (Niemiec, et al. ,2006; Feeney, 2007 ). Overall, it is reasonable to assume that individual's autonomy can have a mediating effect on the relationship between attachment and interpersonal adaptation. To investigate the possible initial mechanism of the influences of attachment on individual's interpersonal adaptation, a total of 638 college students (349 men and 289 women) from four different universities in Xi'an, Shanxi Province were assessed by questionnaires. The present study used the Relationship Scale Questionnaire (Wang, Zhang, Li, & Liu, 2007) to assess the attachment character of the participants, the Self Regulation Questionnaire ( Liu, 2006) to assess the participants' autonomy, and the Chinese College Student Adjustment Scale ( Fang, Wo, & Lin, 2005) to measure the states of the participants' interpersonal adaptation. The data was analyzed by SPSS 15. 0 and LISREL 8. 7. According to the structural equation models, the results were as follows : ( 1 ) the predictive effects of attachment and autonomy on interpersonal adaptation were significant and effective ; they were able to explain 57. 1% of the variation
