摘　　要：通过酸、碱催化异构化不稳定的 E-异构体 ,从 β-苯乙醇出发 ,经 4步反应高度立体选择性地合成了 Z-脱氢氨基酸衍生物 ,Z-式含量可高达 99%以上。Isomeric mixtures of Z- and E-2-alkylcarbonylamino-4-phenylbut-2-enoic acid and thier esters 6a^6cwere obtained through the condensation of α-keto acid() and corresponding ester () with carbamate. Stereoselective synthesis of Z-isomers 6a～6c][WT5BZ] has been achieved via acid-, base-catalyzed isomerization of thermodynamically less stable E-isomers with up to 99% geometric selectivity.
