摘 要:采用高压密闭微波消解与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法联用,测定8种干制水产品中的镉、铅、铜、铬、锌、铁、锰7种金属元素的含量。在优化的试验条件下,方法的回收率为90.2%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.9%,检出限为0.049~0.87ng/mL。结果表明,该法简单、快捷、准确度和精密度高,适用于干制水产品中这7种金属元素含量的测定。The elements of Cd, Pb, Cu, Cr, Zn, Fe and Mn in eight kinds of dried aqua*ie products were determined by the closed and high pressure microwave system and graphite furnace atomic absorp- tion spectrophotometry. Under the optimized working conditions of instrument, the average recoveries of seven elements ranged from 90.2% to 104. 8%, the relative standard deviations ranged from 1.1% to 3.9% with the detection limits between 0. 049 ng/mL and 0.87 ng/mL. The results show that this method is simple, fast, high accuracy and precision , and suitable for determination of these elements in dried aquatic products.
