摘  要:针对齿轮连杆机构运动分析困难,不易获得完整解析解的问题,通过Solidworks快速建立齿轮连杆机构的虚拟样机,利用Motion插件进行运动仿真,可获得输出轮的位移、转速和角加速度;根据仿真结果调整机构的尺度参数,能实现只要微细改变曲柄的长度,即可调整输出轮瞬时停歇的时间长短,以满足设计的预期要求。这种方法简单直观,通用性强。For the problem of gear linkage mechanism motion analysis difficulties, and uneasy to get a complete analytical solution, a virtu- al prototype of the gear linkage was quickly built by Solidworks and motion simulation was made by use of motion plug-in. Displace- ment, speed and angular acceleration of the output wheel were got- ten. According to the simulation results, adjusting the scale parame ter of the mechanism, the instantaneous rest time length of output wheel could be adjusted to meet the design requirements expected, as long as little changing the length of the crank. This means is simple and intuitive and has a strong versatility.
