摘 要:某大型设备依靠人工完成水平状态的调节,该调平方法速度慢,精度低,不能很好地满足快速测试的测试要求;为此论文设计了一种嵌入式自动调平控制器,该控制器采样电压-频率转换电路采集的水平误差信号,送入FPGA进行分析和处理,以调宽脉冲加矩的信号形式对步进电机进行控制,运用PID控制方法实现仪器设备的自动调平;实验及仿真结果表明该控制器输出的PWM波占空比误差为0.5%,控制电流精度在95%以上,满足设计精度要求,且具有速度快、集成度以及自动化程度高等优点。The leveling of a kind of big equipment was regulated manually. The process is low in speed and precision, which can't satisfy the needs of quick test. To solve this problem, a set of new embedded auto leveling device has been designed. Through the voltage--frequency converter circuit, the controller collects the error signals from the position sensor, and transforms them into relevant frequency, which will be sent to FPGA to be analyzed and processed. The stepper motor is driven by the signal of widthmodulated pulse. The leveling of equipment is regulated automatically by the PID control. The results of experiment and simulation demonstrate that the error of the duty ratio of PWM wave is 0. 5 %, and the precision of the current is beyond 95%, which can meet the required precision. The device has great advantages, including high speed, taking small space, and high automation level.
