摘 要:目的:探讨健美训练对体弱大学生自信与心理健康的影响。方法:在健美训练的不同时间段观察56名体弱大学男生的多项训练指标以及自信、心理健康的变化。结果:健美训练8周后,体弱男生的力量素质、生理机能、BMI与训练前比较有了明显改善。健美训练8周或12周后,体弱男生的整体自信、社交自信、身体自信维度、自信总分以及心理健康的大部分因子得分和心理健康总分与训练前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健美训练对改善体弱学生的自信和心理健康水平具有积极作用。Objective: To discuss the effects of bodybuilding training on self-confidence and mental health of weak fitness male college students. Methods: 56 weak fitness male college students were observed the changes of every training item, the degree of self-confidence and mental health in different periods of training. Results: After 8 weeks of training, there is a great improvement in power of physical quality, physiological function and BMI compared with that before training. After 8 or 12 weeks of training, there was significant difference (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in self-confidence such as overall confidence, social confidence, body confidence and confidence total scores, most of the mental health factor score and mental health total score. Conclusion: Bodybuilding trainings have a positive role to improve the level of self-confidence and mental health for weak fitness college students.
