营造和谐稳定高校环境的对策思考

摘　　要：目前影响高校稳定的诸多因素给高校和社会稳定带来了严峻挑战,主要有社会环境因素、思想政治因素、学校管理因素与学生主观因素。做好高校稳定排查化解工作,唯有采取"深认识、细排查、实化解、严责任"的对策,高校稳定排查化解的工作才能真正取得成效。Currently, a number of factors affecting the stability of colleges and universities have not only brought serious challenges to colleges and universities, but also to society. Theoretically speaking, social environment, ideology and politics, school management and students themselves are the major factors. To effectively investigate and resolve the problems that the factors cause, we should take the strategies of in-depth understanding of problems, careful and thorough investigation, practical resolution, clear responsibility and strict accountability. Consequently, the effectiveness of the stability of colleges and universities will be improved.
