摘  要:对马铃薯组培快繁有关指标数量计(或预)算方法进行数学推导、归纳和总结,结果发现这些相关指标数量增殖方式是以等比数列规律循环递增,提出可利用等比数列通项公式表示各相关指标数量的递增过程,用求和公式表示各相关指标累计数量。对马铃薯组培快繁数量影响因子进行了分析,结果表明,直接影响因子包括接种人员数量、起始基础苗数量、继代增殖倍数、污染率等。同时,针对不同因子提出相应整改措施,为种薯企业制定组培苗年生产任务、加强组培苗生产过程管理、成本核算与管理、企业目标效益预计以及经营者投资决策等提供理论依据和技术参考。Numerical values of relevant indexes during potato tissue culture and rapid propagation were carded out to deduce and calculate in this paper. It was found that increasing process of the numerical values was based on the geometric series regular circulation increase. Therefore, people can use the geometric series formula to express in- creasing process of the numerical values, and use summation formula to sum numerical values of every index up. Then, the influencing factors of subculture multiplication, including the numbers of inoculation operators and starting basic seedlings , subculture multiplication times and contamination rate are analyzed and discussed. And corresponding improvement measures were advised in view of the different factors. The intentions of the study are to provide the theoretical reference and the technical support guiding to develop annual production task, strengthen seedling pro- duction process management and cost accounting management and confirm investment decision-making.
