摘　　要：介绍了柘林水电站新型调速器电液转换器冗余、测频冗余技术特点等。该技术有效提高了整个调速系统的可靠性,更加满足电力安全生产的要求。This paper introduces a new type speed governor in Zhelin Hydropower Station electric hydraulic converter, frequency measurement redundancy redundant technology characteristic, the technique improves the speed and reliability of the system, more satisfy the safe production of electric power demand.
