摘　　要：总结肝硬化失代偿期患者压疮预防管理措施。通过头脑风暴法寻找肝硬化失代偿期发生压疮原因,制成鱼骨图,根据问题原因,提出整改方案。通过整改,降低了肝硬化失代偿期患者压疮发生率,为高危压疮患者提供安全保障,提高了护理质量。This article summarizes the prevention and management measures of decuhitus in cirrhosis patients in the decomposition period. Through brainstorming, reasons for the occurrence of decubitus during the decompensation period of cirrhosis patients were detected. Then the reasons were made into a fishbone diagram and rectification scheme was put forward according to the reasons. Through rectification, the incidence rate of deeubituss in cirrhosis patients in the decompensation period was reduced, providing safeguard to the decubitus high-risk patients and the quality of nursing was improved.
