北美华裔批评家的文化翻译研究:福柯“知识考古学”的文本化

摘　　要：当代法国批评家福柯"知识考古学"视角下的翻译研究旨在研究"陈述"、"话语"、"档案"和"话语实践",北美华裔批评家的文化翻译研究几乎都可以说是福柯"知识考古学"的文本化。它能教会我们将"知识考古学"与中国现代性想象实践有机结合的具体方法,指引着我们在翻译研究中如何苦心挖掘"宏大叙事"虚掩之下的"非连续性和脆弱性"、"差异性"和"动态性",对浮光略影的"翻译描写"和当然的"翻译研究结论"予以质疑和批判,有效实现"问题意识",为译介学研究提供有益经验。Michel Foucault＇s ＂archaeology of knowledge＂ covers ＂statements＂,＂discourses＂,＂archives＂ and ＂discourse practice＂.The cultural studies-oriented translation studies of American Chinese critics is obviously a textualization of Michel Foucault＇s ＂archaeology of knowledge＂.Thus,it may teach us how to effectively put it into practices of China＇s modernity-imagination,dig out ＂discontinuity＂,＂fragility＂,＂differences＂,and ＂dynamics＂ hidden in grand narratives,question and criticize ＂given facts＂,＂superficial descriptions＂ and taken-for-granted conclusions＂ in translation studies in general so as to realize the problematics in a real sense and provide the down-to-earth experiences for the medio-translatology.
