脑得生片结合常规疗法治疗脑梗死64例

摘　　要：目的观察脑得生片结合常规疗法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 64例脑梗死患者采用脑得生片结合常规疗法治疗,疗程4周。观察临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力评分变化。结果总有效率为92.2%;患者神经功能缺损程度评分由治疗前(19.2±4.8)分降低至(11.3±3.6)分(P<0.01),日常生活能力评分由治疗前(59.3±2.7)分升高至(69.8±3.1)分(P<0.05)。结论脑得生片结合常规疗法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Naodesheng Tablet＂ and routine modality in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-four cases were treated by ＂Naodesheng Tablet＂ and routine modality for four weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score and activities of daily living were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.2%;after treatment,the neurological deficit score was decreased from（19.2±4.8） pints to（11.3±3.6） points（P0.01）,and the activities of daily living were increased from（59.3±2.7） points to（69.8±3.1） points（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Naodesheng Tablet＂ and routine modality is quite effective for cerebral infarction.
