摘 要:船用设备抗冲击能力用冲击极限载荷来衡量,可应用于设备以及隔振系统的选型和设计,是船舶抗冲击研究的重要内容之一。设备冲击极限载荷是设备本身的固有特性,利用冲击输入的加速度或冲击谱来表征。船用柴油机的冲击失效判别准则有应力超限、应变超限、位移超限、连接结构失效等。TBD234V6柴油机冲击响应仿真分析表明在BV043/1985规定的冲击载荷下,停机状态时应力指标超限,零部件之间变形指标达到1~2 mm,需要在装配零部件时保证不会引起干涉,曲轴变形指标表明油膜被破坏,因此,该型柴油机必须加装隔冲装置。机脚螺纹连接冲击响应线性计算表明,螺纹连接产生分离。The anti-shock capability of marine equipment is measured by shock limited load, which is the important content of marine anti-shock research. The shock limited load can be used to select equipments and to design vibration isolation system. Shock limited load is the inherence characteristic of equipment. Input acceleration or shock spectrum is used to measure the shock limited load. The shock failure rule of marine diesel engine includes stress limit, strain limit, displacement limit and failure of connecting structures. Shock response simulation analysis of TBD234V6 diesel engine was done in this paper. It was found that under the shock load prescribed by BV043/85 standard, the stress exceeds the limitation value in the stop condition. The relative deformation between two parts can reach one or two millimeters, which indicates that the parts in assembling should avoid interference from the others. Specially, the deformation of crankshaft showed that the oil film is destroyed. Thus, the engine should be isolated. The shock response of the bolted joints of the engine base was calculated. The results indicated that the bolted joints are separated.
