西部农村中小学校阳光体育发展困境与保障体制研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调研与访谈、数理统计等方法,对西部农村中小学校阳光体育发展困境进行调查与分析。结果表明:领导组织机构不健全,教育法制观念较为淡薄;西部农村中小学校体育教学条件与国家标准存在较大差距;教育观念落后,学校及家长受应试教育影响片面追求分数;校园运动意外伤害事故,成为校方开展阳光体育的后顾之忧。本文从阳光体育可持续发展的视角,提出以建立专门领导组织机构保障为先导等系列制度与对策。By means of questionnaire, interview and data statistics, this paper investigated and analyzed the develop- ment predicament of ＂Sunshine Sports＂ in western rural elementary and secondary schools. The results show that 1 } leadership organization structure is imperfect, legal awareness of education is weak; 2） in most west elementary and secondary schools, teaching conditions of physical education are below standard; 3） education concept lags behind, the influence of ＂exam- oriented education＂ makes parents and schools pursue high grades excessively; and 3） school officials worry that a series of accidental sports injuries in schools would result from the development of ＂Sun- shine Sports＂. From the perspective of sustainable development, this paper proposes that specialized leadership or- ganization guaranteeing should be put priority and a series of systems should be established.
