肝动脉化疗栓塞与B超引导下注射细胞因子联合治疗中晚期肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :评价肝动脉化疗栓塞与 B超引导下注射细胞因子 (白介素 - II) (PEI)联合治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法 :6 0例经证实为巨块型肝癌随机分为两组 ,在进行 TAE的间歇期 ,30例在 B超引导下瘤体内注射细胞因子 (IL- 2 )。结果 :对照组 (单纯 TAE) 1年生存率为 33% ,综合组 (TAE+ B超引导下瘤体内药物注射 ) 1年生存率为 5 6 .7%。 AFP下降幅度单纯组为 6 0 % ,综合组为 76 .6 %。结论 :TAE与 B超引导下瘤体内注射细胞因子联合治疗中晚期肝癌 。Objective:To evaluate the effect of the combined therapy of mid-late carcinoma by TAE and PEI.Methods:Sixty cases of massive hepatocelluar carcinoma were divided into two random groups,thirty of which were injected with cytokine(IL-2) under ultrasonic guided during TAE interval.Results:The survival rate in one year of control group(TAE)was 33%,of complex group(TAE and PEI)was 56.7%,with AFP reduced respectively to 60%(TAE)and 76.7%(TAE and PEI).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of mid-late HCC can be further improved by combination of TAE and PEI.
