摘 要:目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)PTEN、Smad4的表达及与PTC临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化法检测94例PTC及其癌旁组织,29例甲状腺腺瘤组织PTEN、Smad4的表达。结果:PTC中PTEN、Smad4的表达明显低于癌旁组织和甲状腺腺瘤(P<0.01,P<0.05);不同类型的PTC,随恶性程度的降低,PTEN、Smad4的表达逐渐升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。PTC中PTEN和Smad4的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),与局部侵犯、颈淋巴结转移和T分期有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。PTC中PTEN、Smad4的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN和Smad4表达降低程度与PTC的恶性程度存在量效关系,PTC时PTEN和Smad4存在相互协调关系。PTEN、Smad4低表达可作为PTC预后不良的判断指标。Objective:To study PTEN and Smad4 expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and their relationships between clinical pathological features of PTC.Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect PTEN and Smad4 expression in 94 cases PTC and their pericarcinous tissues,as well as 29 cases thyroid adenoma.Results:The expression of PTEN and Smad4 in PTC was obviously lower than that in pericarcinous tissues and thyroid adenoma(P0.01,P0.05).In PTC,along with the malignant degree became lower,the expression of PTEN and Smad4 gradually increased(P0.01,P0.05).In PTC,the PTEN and Smad4 expression had no relations with sex,age and size of tumor(P0.05);but had relations with local invasion,lymph node metastasis and T stage(P0.01,P0.05).In PTC,PTEN and Smad4 expression showed significantly positive correlations(P0.05).Conclusions:There has dose-effect relationship between PTEN,Smad4 expression and malignancy degree of PTC;Smad4 and PTEN expression also show synergistic effects.Loss of PTEN and Smad4 expression in PTC may be a marker for prognosis evaluation.
