摘 要:加速度传感器作为一种客观测量体力活动的工具,由于其小巧便携不受测试者主观记忆和认知水平的影响,较双标水法和间接热量测定法更加适应大规模人群的使用,近年来在欧美发达国家青少年体力活动测量中得到了广泛的应用。国内目前应用较少,但作为发展趋势,有必要针对如加速度传感器的原理、选择、使用,数据处理等方面进行研究。现结合青少年体力活动的特点做此综述,期待为国内相关的研究提供一些参考。As an objective measure of physical activity, aceelerometer is small, portable and doesn' t depend on participants' subjective memory and cognitive level. It' s more suitable to do research for large - scale population than the method of double labeled water and indirect calorimetry. In recent years it has been widely used for assessing physical activity among youth in American and European countries. It' s not widely used in our country at present, but this is a trend. It' s necessary for us to do some research about principle, selecting, using and data processing of the accelerometer. The review is combined these aspects and the characteristics of adolescents' physical activity. It' s due to provide some reference for researchers.
