摘　　要：阐述在用户侧、发电侧实施峰谷电价的原因,对在用户侧和发电侧同时实施峰谷电价、仅在用户侧实施峰谷电价、仅在发电侧实施峰谷电价等3种情况下,分别分析电网和发电企业的平均电价、售电收入和净收入的变化,为制定峰谷电价提供政策参考。The article explains the reasons for the implementation of TOU price in the user side and the power generation side There are three cases such as the implementation of TOU price in the user side and the power generation side at the same time, the implementation of TOU price only in the user side, the implementation of TOU price only in the power generation side.
