推行CIO机制与高校信息化建设

摘　　要：当前,在高校信息化建设的过程中,最大困难往往不是来自技术,而是受到管理体制和机制的束缚。因此,高校必须改革信息化建设的管理体制,借鉴引入先进的管理经验,推行CIO机制,并结合高校自身的实际情况,合理设置高校CIO角色职责,进一步明确高校CIO的必备能力,选拔和培养优秀的高校CIO人才,从而更好地服务于高校的信息化建设,提升高校的核心竞争力。Currently,in the process of the information construction in higher education,the greatest difficulty is not from technology,but by the shackles of the management system and mechanism.Therefore,universities need to reform the management system of information construction,to better serve the information construction of the universities and enhance the core competitiveness of universities.At first,universities should learn from the advanced management experience and implement CIO mechanism.Secondly,universities＇ leaders should reasonably define the responsibilities for higher education CIO by combining with the actual situation of universities themselves.Finally,the excellent CIO talents will be selected and trained on the basis of further clarifying the essential capabilities of higher education CIO.
