摘　　要：国务院下发的《关于开展国家教育体制改革试点的通知》,标志着国家教育体制改革试点工作的全面启动。在规划现代警察大学建设时,要结合国家中长期科技发展规划来构筑建设路径,提升学科发展核心竞争力,体现现代警察大学的创新能力,创新学术水平和科技水平。按照学院发展现状,积极寻找一条适合现代警察学习建设和发展的道路。State Council issued the notice regarding the development of the national education system reform, which marks the full launch of national education system reform. Planning the construction of a modem police college should be in conjunction with the national medium-and long-term technology development plan in order to figure out a construction plan, enhance the core competitiveness of discipline development, reflect innovation capability of the modem police college, promote academic level and technological level. A suitable plan for the construction and development of modem police officers should be sought in line with the development of the academy.
