摘 要:室温下硒(Ⅳ)与邻苯二胺配位生成黄色配合物,用环己烷萃取后,在最大吸收波长330nm处测定其吸光度。实验结果表明,硒含量在4~20μg/mL时线性关系良好,线性方程A=0.1999c-0.0011(R=0.9995)。最优化条件下测定硒盐中硒的含量取得满意结果。方法操作简单,设备和药品价格低廉,准确度高,稳定性好,适宜于基层实验室对食品中微量元素硒的检验。Selenium(Ⅳ) can coordinate with o-phenylenediamine and form a yellow complex at room tem- perature. The absorbance of the complex after being extracted using cyclohexane was measured at its maxi- mum absorption wavelength of 330nm using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The experimental results shows that there is a good linear relationship between the UV absorption and the Se(Ⅳ) concentration in the range of 4-20μg/mL. The regression equation was A=0. 1999c=0. 0011(R=0. 9995). The content of Se (Ⅳ) in salt was determined under the optimum condition and the results was satisfied. Since this method is simple and has low cost for instrument and reagent usage, high accuracy and good stability, so it is suit- able to be used by industrial laboratories for determination of trace Se(Ⅳ) in food product.
