摘　　要：在我国高等教育由精英向大众转化的过程中,大学生就业难已成为一个不争的事实。导致就业难的原因是多方面的,而大学生自身的就业意向无疑是一个重要原因。新建本科院校的大学生就业意向如何?通过调查了解到他们的就业意识及存在的问题,结合现实提出了对策和建议。In the process of transformation of China＇s higher education from elite to mass,it is an indisputable fact that the college students＇ employment has been becoming very difficult.The college students＇ employment inten-tion is certainly one of the important reasons.How is the students＇ employment intention of Newly-built colleges and universities？ Through the investigation into their employment consciousness and the existence questions,proposing the countermeasures and the suggestions by combining with reality.
