摘　　要：言语及语言是婴幼儿发展的核心能力，是认知能力和社会能力发展的标志，同时也能反映运动能力发育的某些特点。在儿童健康体检中，儿科医生应对各年龄段的儿童进行语言和言语能力的筛查评估。该文讨论如何在儿科进行语言障碍的筛查。] Speech and language is the core competence of infant development, a sign of cognitive skills and social skills development, but also reflects the development of motor ability of certain features. Pediatrician in health physical examination of children, children of all ages should be assessed in language and speech abili- ties. This review discusses the Pediatric screening in language disorder.
