摘 要:为加快动物饲料复合酶制剂中纤维素酶活力的检测速度,简化试验操作流程,降低检测环节难度,就纤维素酶活力测定过程中标准曲线制作和酶的浸提两个步骤进行优化。试验结果表明:标准曲线制作和酶浸提过程中将不发生反应的几种固体试剂预混,避光保存,临试验前加固定量的蒸馏水配制,可以获得同样可靠的试验结果,与常规方法比较差异不显著,这为饲料生产相关企业和试验人员带来了一定的便利,也为进一步开发动物饲料复合酶制剂中纤维素酶活力检测新方法和检测试剂盒的研制提供了一定的理论依据。In order to accelerate the detection speed of cellulase activity in compound enzyme preparation in animal feed and reduce process, reduce difficulty of testing link. Two steps of standard curve and enzyme extraction were optimized. The results showed that: Premixing several solid reagents that do not react in dark storage and adding quantitative distilled water could obtain the same results compared vdth using conventional methods. There was no significant difference between them. Using these methods, feed enterprises and test workers can gain convenience and can provide a theoretical basis for developing new methods of detecting cellulase activity in com pound enzyme preparation in animal feed and developing test kits.
