摘　　要：劝学首重筹款,而筹集教育经费是劝学所的重要任务之一。劝学所面对教育财政的极端困顿,实行"就地筹款"原则,采取多渠道筹措教育经费的措施。文章以大量史实说明教育行政与教育发展的关系,分析劝学所在筹款兴学过程中所起的作用和所处的位置。劝学所解决教育资源短缺问题的经验教训仍值得我们思考和借鉴。Raising funds is one of the important contents to the department of inducement. Facing the education finance problems, this paper implements the principle of ＂raises funds＂ locally and raises the education funds by many kinds of channels, such as mobilizing the society to donate, renewing the old thing, increasing the educational tax, levying the school fee and so on. The experience and lesson on solving the problems of education resources shortage has great significance to us to get out of the situation that the education funds are insufficient at present.
