粉色叶羽衣甘蓝花青素提取效应分析

摘　　要：以粉色叶羽衣甘蓝自交系为试材,采用盐酸乙醇提取法,对粉色叶羽衣甘蓝花青素提取效应进行了研究。结果表明:粉色叶羽衣甘蓝花青素浸提液在波长536nm处有最大吸收峰;60℃恒温浸提60min效果最好;提取液pH对花青素影响明显,pH为2时效果最佳;最适宜的提取步骤是15mL提取液提取1次。Taking pink leaf inbred lines of Brassica oleracea var. acephala as test material, using hydrochloric acid ethanol extraction method, the effects of anthocyanin extraction were studied. The results showed that the anthocyanin revealed a maximum absorbance at 536 nm. The maximal extraction rate was at 60℃ for 60 min. The pH of extraction solution affected significantly,and the best value was 2. The best step was 15 mL extraction solution one time.
