摘 要:工艺参数对成形质量的影响规律是旋压成形工艺研究的重点,而旋压件的椭圆度、直线度、壁厚偏差等是评价成形质量的重要指标。本文以旋压件椭圆度、直线度、壁厚偏差为评价指标,采用正交试验法对错距旋压成形工艺参数进行分析,获得了影响椭圆度、直线度、壁厚偏差的因素主次顺序。结果表明,筒形件旋压成形过程中,影响筒形件椭圆度/直线度因素的主次顺序为:进给比>总减薄率>轴向错距量;影响筒形件壁厚偏差的因素主次顺序为:总减薄率>进给比>轴向错距量。The influence rule of process parameters on forming quality is the key-point of stagger spinning research, and the ovality, straightness and wall thickness deviation are the important indexes to evaluate the forming quality of spun workpiece. The process parameters of tube stagger spinning were analyzed based on orthogonal experimental method, by taking the ovality, straightness and wall thickness deviation as the evaluating index, and the influencing sequence of the process parameters on the ovality, straightness and wall thickness deviation was obtained. The result shows that during the tube stagger spinning, the influence sequence of the ovality and straightness is that feed ratio 〉 total thinning ratio 〉 axial offset; and the influence sequence of the wall thickness deviation is that total thinning ratio feed ratio 〉 axial offset.
