摘  要:对锻造过程中DDS锻造操作机的冲击载荷进行了分析,建立了操作机的锻造冲击载荷模型与逆运动学模型与动力学模型。从静态和动态角度分析了锻造过程中提升缸与缓冲缸的受力情况。研究结果表明:(1)锻造过程中,提升缸的受力逐渐减小,而缓冲缸的受力逐渐增大;(2)设计液压缸时,提升缸的承载能力以其在提升过程最低位置时的受力为依据,缓冲缸的承载能力以在其锻造工况下的受力为依据。The impact loading model, inverse kinematics model and dynamics model of the DDS forging manipulator were established according to analyzing its impact loading during the forging process. The loading conditions of the lift cylinder and the assistant cylinder were researched respectively from the view of dynamics and statics. Conclusion shows: (1) The loads on the lift cylinders decrease and loads on assistant cylinders increase with the proceeding of forging; (2) When the cylinders are designed, the carrying capacity o{ the lift cylinders is referring to its loading con- ditions on the lowest position during lifting process and capacity of assistant cylinders is referring to its loading condi- tions during forging process.
