摘  要:探讨白细胞浸润对碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)诱导的角膜新生血管形成 (CNV)的作用。方法 :将不同剂量的b FGF- Hydron缓释小丸植入兔角膜基质层诱发 CNV,并作组织病理学定量观察。结果 :空白对照组及 b FGF5 0 0 ng组的角膜组织中仅少量白细胞浸润 ,二者无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。b FGF10 0 0 ng组存在明显的白细胞浸润 ,与前二者有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :白细胞对 b FGF诱导 CNV可能起间接刺激作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of leukocytic infiltration on corneal neovascularization(CNV)induced by basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in vivo.Methods:The Hydron pellets containing bFGF at various doses were implanted into the rabbit corneal intrastromal pockets to induce CNV.Histopathological quantitative examination of the corneal sections ws made.Results:A very mild leukocytic infiltration was observed in the corneas with either implants containing 500ng of bFGF or “empty”control implants.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0 05),The leukocytic infiltration in the corneas with the implants containing 1000ng of bFGF was more marked than that in both control and 500ng bFGF groups(P<0 001).Conclusion:Leukocytes might indirectly stimulate CNV induced by bFGF in vivo.
