屈光参差眼角膜地形图分析

摘　　要：目的　观察屈光参差近视眼双眼角膜地形图的异同。方法　用AlconEH 2 70角膜地形图仪测量 5 9例屈光参差组双眼角膜地形图 ,分析双眼角膜地形图参数及图形分布情况 ,并与对照组比较。结果　屈光参差组中双眼角膜地形图一致者占 77 97% ,与对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。屈光参差组中两眼Ks ,Kf值无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　屈光参差近视眼双侧角膜地形图形状高度一致 ,屈光参差眼的发生与角膜屈光力无关。ObjectiveTo determine the similarities and differences of corneal topography in both eyes of anisometropia.MethodsUsing Alcon EH 270,corneal topography was performed on 59 cases of anisometropia group in which mean refractive difference between both eyes was 3 68?D±1 51?D,and the pattern distribution and similarity of corneal topographical pattern were analyzed and compared with the control group.The difference between both eyes in Ks value(Keratometer value in steep meridian)and Kf value(keratometer value in flat meridian)was also compared and analyzed.Results77 9% of anisometropia group showed identical pattern in corneal topography of both eyes,with no statistical difference from the control group(P>0 05),in which the identical rate of both eyes was 83 33%.In anisometropia group,the distribution of corneal topographical pattern between both eves was similar (P>0 05).Both Ks value and Kf value in high refraction eye was 45 68?D±1 90?D and 44 29?D±1 67?D,Ks value and Kf value in low refraction eye was 45 74?D±1 88?D and 44 29?D±1 68?D.Statistical analysis between both eyes showed no difference in Ks and Kf value(P>0 05).ConclusionThe pattern of corneal topography in anisometropia on both eyes was highly identical,and corneal keratometer value seemed not related to the formation of anisometropia.
