摘　　要：危险驾驶罪是我国刑法应对风险社会的开始,它体现了人权保障与社会保护并重的精神,是我国法治意识转型的标识。在适当的时候,我国刑法应进一步借鉴西方先进的立法实践对危险驾驶罪予以完善。Dangerous Driving Crime is just the beginning of our criminal law＇s responding to the risk society. It reflects the spirit of both safeguarding human rights and protecting society, and thus being an symbol of the transformation our countrymen ＂s rule by law consciousness, And it argues for perfecting the Dangerous Driving Crime at a proper time by learning from more advanced western legislations further.
