摘  要:城市水安全是保障城市自身及其所处区域可持续发展的基础。通过分析南京市水安全现状及影响因素,从资源、社会、经济、环境四个方面构建了南京市水安全评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,并根据权重对指标进行排序,对南京市2005~2009年的水安全状况进行评价。结果表明,南京市近几年的水安全状态处于安全和基本安全水平,水安全状况较不稳定。基于指标权重分析和评价结果比较,从开源节流、提高水资源利用率、提高水源水质和加强水资源的合理分配四个方面给出改善水安全状况的相关建议。Urban water security is the foundation for sustainable development of the city itself and its neighbour re- gions. By analyzing the current status and influencing factors of water security, the water security evaluation system of Nanjing city is established from aspects of resource, society, economy and environment. Index weights are determined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then the water security situations of Nanjing city from 2005 to 2009 are evalua- ted based on the rank of indexes weight. The results show that the water security of Nanjing city is varying between the level of safe and almost safe. Based on the index weights and the evaluation results, suggestions of improving water secur- ity situation are given, which includes cutting costs, increasing utilization of water resources, improving water quality and strengthening the rational allocation of water resources.
