延安市居民口腔卫生观念及行为现状调查和发展对策

摘　　要：目的　了解延安市居民的口腔卫生观念和行为 ,以据此制定健康教育策略。方法　在延安市属 1 2县、1区、1矿对 4 540名居民进行问卷调查。结果　各人群的刷牙率最高在 90 %以上。 4 9%的被调查者认为刷牙的目的是预防龋齿和牙周病 ,4 4 5%用含氟牙膏。仅 2 74 %～ 1 1 2 3 %认为有必要定期接受口腔检查。结论　口腔健康教育的重点人群应是儿童及老人。建立及加强三级保健网是农村地区改进口腔卫生的基础。学校健康教育课程和“爱牙日”活动是延安地区口腔保健的主要内容。Objective To understand the oral health concept and behaviors among the residents in Yan'an City ,Shaanxi Province,so as to develop relevant strategies Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4540 residents in the 12 counties ,one district, and one mine in Yan'an City Results The highest teeth brushing rates among different populations was over 90%,49% of the interviewees regarded the purpose of teeth brushing as prevention of dental caries and periodontopathy,44 5% of the interviewees used fluoridized toothpaste Only 2 74%～11 23% of them considered it necessary to have their oral cavity examined periodically Conclusion Children and elderly are the target populations of oral health education Establishment and improvement of rural three-level health care network is the basis of improved oral health in rural areas School health education and “Love Teeth Day” activities are important contents for oral health care in Yan'an
