输尿管腹壁皮瓣乳头成形在高龄膀胱癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双侧输尿管腹壁乳头成形术在高龄膀胱癌患者手术治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2009年3月至2010年6月间5例行膀胱切除术的年龄〉70岁的患者的临床资料。结果 5例患者均为男性,行膀胱切除术,双侧输尿管共同开口腹壁造瘘并利用腹壁皮瓣成形,留置支架管,平均手术时间55min（45~70min）,术中出血量平均75mL（50~200mL）,术后患者恢复顺利,无并发症,平均住院时间10d（8~13d）。结论双侧输尿管共同腹壁造瘘并腹壁皮瓣乳头成形缩短了手术时间,减小了手术创伤,术后应用人工肛门袋护理方便,适合于高龄膀胱癌患者。Objective To investigate the abdominal bilateral ureteral nipple angioplasty in elderly patients with bladder cancer surgery in the application. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2009 to June 2010 5 underwent cystectomy between the patients older than 70 years of clinical data. Results 5 patients were male, bladder resection, bilateral ureteral fistula and the use of common open abdominal abdominal flap shape, indwelling stent, the average operation time was 55min （45-70rain）, the average blood loss was 75mL （50-200mL）, after the patient recovered well without complications, the average hospital stay was 10 days （8-13 days）. Conclusion Common abdominal colostomy and bilateral ureteral nipple forming abdominal flap to shorten the operation time, reduced surgical trauma, postoperative care and colostomy bags convenient for elderly patients with bladder cancer.
