自体角膜缘干细胞移植术与单纯切除术治疗翼状胬肉的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察在显微镜下自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法在眼科手术显微镜下切除翼状胬肉后,采用角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉52例72眼,与行单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗翼状胬肉42例57眼的对照组进行对比分析。结果术后随访6-24个月,治疗组疗效与对照组相比有极其显著的差异（P〈0.01）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后有效率高,复发率低,是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transplantation of autologous corneal limbal stem cell under microscope in the treatment of pterygium. Methods The 52 cases（72 eyes） of excision of pterygium and limbal＇s stem cell grafting, compared with the 42 eases （57 eyes） of simple excision of pterygium. Results All cases were followed-up for 6 to 24 months. The difference between them was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Pterygium excision with transplantation of autologous corneal limbal stem cell under microscope can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of pterygium.
