摘　　要：目的探讨无痛胃镜下射频联合药物治疗成熟型疣状胃炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 205例成熟型疣状胃炎射频治疗并联合药物治疗前及治疗后8周复查胃镜,评价其疗效。结果治愈126例,占61.5%;好转75例,占36.6%。显效4例,占1.9%;无效0例。所有患者治疗后均未出现出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论无痛胃镜下射频联合药物治疗成熟型疣状胃炎安全性能好,疗效可靠,预后好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of radio frequency combined drug in treatment of mature verrucous gastritis under painless gastroscope.Method 205 patients diagnosed as mature verrucous gastritis were treated by radio frequency combined drug.All patients were followed-up and repeated gastroscopy after 8 weeks of treatment.Results Cured 126 cases（61.5%）, improved 75 cases（36.6%）, effective 4 cases（1.9%）, invalid 0 cases.All patients were safe.Conclusion Radio frequency combined drug in treatment of mature verrucous gastritis under painless gastroscope is safe, effective and better prognosis, and it is a good ideal to treat＇mature verrucous gastritis.
