摘　　要：目的探究正畸直丝矫治器治疗中影响转矩表达的因素。方法检索CKNI,OVID,EMBASE等数据库中关于正畸直丝矫治器治疗中影响转矩表达的因素的文献。结果阅读文献,对文献中讨论的正畸直丝矫治器中影响转矩控制的因素进行总结。结论直丝矫治器中牙齿转矩与骨面型,牙体的解剖变异,托槽凹的设计,托槽相对于牙面的位置,托槽底与牙齿唇颊面的贴合性,所施矫治力等有关。Objective To explore the factor affecting the torque in orthdotic therapy. Methods Article were retrieved through computer and manual methods through CKNI, 0VID, EMBASE and other databases about the factors affecting torque in orthodontic straight wire appliance therapy.Result Read the articles and finally summarised.Conclusion The torque of tooth are effected by many factors, such as facial skeleton type, anatomy of tooth, brackets, location of the brackets on the tooth, aptness of the bottom of the brackets and orthodonticforces.
