摘　　要：采用免疫组化方法测定 5 8例急性髓系细胞白血病患者抗凋亡基因bcl 2蛋白表达水平 ,分析bcl 2基因与临床预后关系。结果表明 ,高表达bcl 2患者 ,化疗反应差 ,预后不良。提示bcl 2表达水平可作为判断急性髓系细胞白血病预后的重要指标之一。In order to check the antiapoptosis gene bcl2 protein expression in 58 AML patients we used the immunohistochemied method, and analyse the relationship between bcl2 protein and prognosis of AML. The result showed that the high expression of bcl2 protein was related to poor clinical prognosis of AML. This shows that the expression of bcl2 gene can serve as an index for the prognosis of AML. [
