摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗外伤植入性虹膜囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析于2008年1月至2011年1月间手术治疗的外伤植入性虹膜囊肿12例（12只眼），术后随访12～28月，分析术后眼部情况、复发和并发症发生情况。结果12例患者中2例虹膜囊肿复发（复发率16．7％），再次切除后治愈。12例患者治疗前后最佳矫正视力统计学上差异无统计学意义，术后发生了角膜水肿、炎症、出血等并发症，治疗后消退。结论手术治疗外伤植入性虹膜囊肿是安全有效的。Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness of surgical treatment of post-traumatic inclusion iris cyst. Methods Twelve cases of post-traumatic inclusion iris cyst were analyzed retro- spectively. All the cases were treated by surgery from January 2008 to January 2011 and followed up for 12 to 28 months. The post-operative ophthalmic conditions, recurrence and complications were analyzed. Results Two out of 12 cases had recurrent iris cyst （recurrent rate was 16.7%） and were cured by the second surgery. The pre- and post-operative BCVA had no statistically significant difference. Corneal edema, inflammation and hemorrhage occurred after surgery and resolved after treatment. Conclusions Surgical excision is a safe and effective strategy to treat post-traumatic inclu- sion iris cyst.
