摘　　要：OCT检测视网膜神经纤维层厚度有助于青光眼的诊断，然而在实际临床工作中发现有检测结果与临床不符的假阳性及假阴性病例出现，就此对两例典型病例进行误诊病例分析。The thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer （RNFL） measured by optical coherence to- mography （OCT） helped for the diagnosis of glaucoma. But there were some false positive and false negative cases in the practical clinic. We reported two typical cases to analyze the misdiagnosed rea- sons.
