组织蛋白酶D在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨组织蛋白酶 D在非小细胞肺癌中的表达水平与其临床病理特征及生存期的关系。方法　应用免疫组化 SP法检测 30例非小细胞肺癌石蜡切片组织中组织蛋白酶 D的表达 ,并结合临床和随访资料进行分析。结果　 30例非小细胞肺癌中组织蛋白酶 D的阳性率为66.7% (2 0 /30 ) ,其表达与肿块大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1 ) ,与3年存活率呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　组织蛋白酶Objective To investigate the correlation of cathepsin D expression with the pathologic features and prognosis in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods By means of immunohistochemistry (SP method),30 NSCLC specimens in paraffin sections were examined for the expression of cathepsin D. Results The cathepsin D expression rate were 66.7%(20/30).Expression of cathepsin D in cancer cells related to its bigger tumor size ,late TNM stages, lower 3 years survival rate(P<0.05) and higher lymph node metastasis (P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of cathepsin D in cancer cells can be used to evaluate the lymph node metastaticpredilection and poor prognosis in NSCLC.
