摘　　要：目的　寻找一种直观的检测膀胱肿瘤侵袭能力的方法。　方法　采用滤膜穿透法 ,对49例原代培养的膀胱癌标本和转染真核表达载体 (pcDNA3) 人类 5型腺病毒早期转录单位E1A因子前后的膀胱癌细胞株 (BIU 87)的细胞侵袭能力进行了分析。　结果　 49例标本中 ,有 16例标本穿膜结果阳性 ,穿膜结果与膀胱肿瘤的分级成正相关 ;转染后穿膜试验阳性细胞数明显高于转染前。　结论　滤膜穿透法简单、直观、可靠 ,可用于临床判断膀胱肿瘤的侵袭能力。Abstract[WT5”BZ] To find a direct method for testing the invasive ability of bladder cancer. [WT5”HZ]Method[WT5”BZ] The invasive ability of 49 specimens of primarily cultured bladder cancer,tansfected BIU 87 cells with pcDNA3 E1AF and untransfected BIU 87 cells was evaluated by Matrigel invasion assay. [WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] Sixteen of the 49 specimens were found to penetrate the matrigel barrier, and the result of the Matrigel invasion was related to the grade of the tumor cells. The number of positive cells of transfected BIU 87 was remarkably larger than that of untransfected BIU 87. [WT5”HZ]Conclusions[WT5”BZ] Matrigel invasion assay is a simple,direct and dependable method, and could be used clinically to test the invasive ability of bladder cancer. [WT5”HZ]
