摘 要:目的 研究卵巢癌细胞表达CD44与其粘附腹膜能力的关系。方法 建立卵巢癌细胞体外粘附腹膜模型 ,比较 3AO细胞和M95 1细胞的粘附性差异 ,并用抗CD44单抗和透明质酸酶进行阻断实验。结果 腹膜上的透明质酸和卵巢癌细胞上的CD44分子与癌细胞的粘附能力密切相关。Objective To study the expression of CD44 in ovarian cancer cells and its effect on the adhesion of the cancer cells to the peritoneal mesothelium. Methods Ovarian cancer cell line 3AO and its subline M951 were employed to establish the model of ovarian cancer cells adhesion to peritoneal mesothelium in Wistar rats and their adhesive rates were measured and compared with microculture tetrazolium test. Effects of monoclonal antibodies against CD44 and the hyaluronic acid enzyme (HAE) to block the adhesion of the cancer cells to peritoneal mesothelium were observed. Results Hyaluronic acid on the peritoneum and the adhesion molecule CD44 of the ovarian cells were significantly related with the adhesion of ovarian cancer cells. Conclusion CD44 of ovarian cells takes part in the process of ovarian cancer cells adhering to peritoneal mesothelium.
