摘  要:放射治疗在肿瘤的综合治疗中占有重要地位,而放射损伤是限制肿瘤靶区照射剂量提高,改善肿瘤控制率的主要瓶颈。如何规避以及减轻放射性损伤也是临床研究的热点。放射性损伤是一个多系统、多因素、多阶段、炎性损伤修复过程。当前药物治疗的单一性以及治疗模式缺少系统性是放射损伤治疗不理想的主要原因。中医药作为实践医学,其整体观、思辨理论以及中药的多靶点性、复杂性、天然性也越来越受到人们的关注。近几年,许多中医工作者在放射治疗临床中做了有益的探索,提示中药可有效减轻放射治疗后的放射性炎症、消化道症状、白细胞下降和免疫功能低下等毒副反应。尽管确切机理以及分子机制尚不明确,但却为放射损伤的治疗提供了新的思路,本文就中药治疗肿瘤放疗损伤的临床资料进行综述,为进一步研究提供借鉴。Radiotherapy occupies an important place in the comprehensive treatment for cancer,while radiation injury will limit the raising of radiation dose in radiotherapy target area and cancer control rates.How to avoid and reduce the radiation injury becomes hot spot in clinical research.Radiation injury is a repair process of inflammatory injury of multiple systems,factors and stages.The therapy for radiation injury is not satisfied because of the medicine singleness and the lack of systematic in therapy mode.As the practice medical,TCM has aroused more and more concern about the holism and dialectical theory and the multiple targets,complexity and naturelly of traditional chinese herbs.In recent years,many TCM workers has made some exploration about radiotherapy in clinical,which points out that herbs can release the toxic reaction,such as radioactive inflammation,radioactive inflammation,gastrointestinal symptom,decreasing white blood cell and deficiency in immune function.Though the exact molicular mechanism is not clear,it provides new ideas for the theropy of radiation injury.The review summarizes the current clinical research on the role herbs plays in radiation injury therapy and provides clues for futher reseaches.
